As the class ends, what is your input on its pros and cons (for improvement purposes).     -I would say that the pros is that the professor(s)  in the videos are relatively thorough. They explain everything in simple terms and answer all the questions that are popping up in my head. The con would be the fact that in some of the video tutorials there were times when calculator use was needed. The trouble was that I didn't fully understand how the teachers used calculator/graphing features, such as scatter plots and regression. If there was a way to introduce calculator use to students, then that would really help! What was your favorite thing to learn from this class?     -My favorite thing(s) to learn from this class would probably be either function transformations or long/synthetic division. I use to view these two topics as a challenge, but now that I've gained knowledge in these subject, I find them really simple! Horizontal and vertical transfor...

Comment on the difficulty of the lesson and the course thus far.       The difficulty of the lesson was not too hard because it was more of applying and combining everything I've learned in the past few weeks into the subject of radical and rational equations. And so far, the course has been wonderful! The lessons are explained step-by-step through the video, but what I love the most is the fact that the teacher in the video is able to address the questions I have without me physically asking him.  Comment on the teacher and if there is anything to improve.     My teachers have also been wonderful throughout this whole process! I can feel free to email them about any questions, thoughts, or concerns I may have, and they respond right away! It really shows that they are here for their students. And no, there isn't much to improve on. Just continue being yourselves!      What have you learned so far     I have lear...

Week 5 Blog: Comment on the difficulty of the lesson and the course thus far. The lesson on polynomials is not exactly difficult, but I would describe it more as getting your brain to move and think. Sometimes the notes can be overwhelming, but the notes that I take do greatly help with my homework and quiz. The course so far has been great.  Comment on the teacher and if there is anything to improve. The teacher has been great so far and there isn't really anything that I see that needs improving! What have you learned so far? I have learned that parabolas can be found in everyday objects, from doors to bag handles. Also, I have learned more about polynomials (multiplying, dividing, and factoring. But more importantly, I got more insight into transformations. Transformations are a bit intimidating to me, but I'm glad I got to learn more about them.

Week 3 Blog: Difficulty of the lesson and course so far: The difficulty of the lesson and the course this far has not been too hard, but rather, challenging in a good way. The videos, homework, quiz, and etc. really get your brain moving. Most of the time I understand the lesson; however, the part that I always seem to get confused on is inequalities! But I am working towards improving in that area. For the most part, the course so far has been great. Teacher/Improvement:  One great thing about my instructors is how thorough they are, and how they make everything simple to follow! My teachers are very patient, considering the fact that I have bombarded their emails with a million questions (nothing needing improvement). What have I learned so far? I have learned and reviewed a lot so far! What stands out the most is the fact that I have gained a new insight in solving inequalities. I use to be confused by them, but by removing the inequality sign and repla...
